There is a perfect old and a wrong new understanding of what genocide is.

The numbers prove it!

The concept of genocide has been greatly simplified. Even normal Israeli wartime actions are now also called "genocide".

When the well-understood old concept of genocide is compared to the new, poorly understood concept, we see a ratio of 92:1. In other words, for acts of war that were committed against the Jews 80 years ago, and which were 92 times more severe than those Israel commits today, their 92 times less serious acts of war are now simply qualified as genocide.

80 years ago, the world agreed under the old morality: genocide was committed against Jewish civilians. No question about it.

Genocide explained under the "old world morality".

According to Wikipedia, the Holocaust officially began on June 23th 1941, and ended on May 8th 1945.

During this 1,415-day period, 6 million Jews (many in concentration camps) were murdered.This equates to 4,240 civilians per day.

Genocide explained under the "new world morality".

According to the broad figures, Israel has killed approximately 68,000 Gazans between October 7th 2023, and the ceasefire on October 13th 2025. Assuming that half of these were Hamas militants, this translates to 34,000 civilians.

During this 738-day period, 34,000 Gazans were killed. This equates to 46 civilians per day.

The calculated ratio is 4240/46=92:1.

How can it be that, with this 92:1 ratio, Israel is so easily accused of genocide?!

It's really weird that nobody talks about this. I think that this hard data can be of great value in debates and interviews to debunk te so-called genocide that Israel is accused of.

No lo es. El mensaje de Hamás es claro: ellos te controlan.

Te están mostrando que, mientras el mundo grita desesperado por la supuesta hambruna en Gaza, ellos pueden exhibir la forma más cruel y real de hambre deliberada —la de un rehén en cautiverio— y a nadie le va a importar.

El New York Times no lo va a publicar. Time Magazine no le va a dedicar una portada. The Washington Post no va a llenar su feed con esa historia. The New Yorker no va a escribir una columna furiosa al respecto.
Tus ONGs no van a gritar “crímenes de guerra”. Las Naciones Unidas no van a mover un dedo para emitir órdenes de arresto.
Tus estudiantes no van a romper vidrieras por esto.
Tus activistas no van a inundar las calles.
Tus políticos no van a decir ni una palabra.
Tus intelectuales lo van a justificar como “resistencia”.
