@aegeanairlines I shared all of that already and more than once… they keep ignoring my questions, don’t explain anything and it seems like you communicate with a bot which uses a generic script… if I got answers I wouldn’t have shared this bad experience…

As you can understand, a very bad experience, not only losing a suitcase and all the discomfort it results with, but also having to waste time for several months for getting a partial compensation! This is a shame @aegeanairlines, a very bad customer experience!

4. The policy shown in @aegeanairlines website does not refer to any of these bullets, but when you try to get answers regarding the reasons you get a lower compensation than you deserve, you will get answers which are probably based on a script, like speaking with a bot...

@aegeanairlines do you care about customer satisfaction? Probably not… You lost a suitcase, you are not compensating as you should and per your public policies state and let your agents reply with predefined scripts to exhaust your customers. That’s a bad experience…

@aegeanairlines Replied without answering basic questions and without pointing out the reason for a very partial refund although the valuables lost were much more expensive and a lower one than the policy published in your website is not a reply… and that’s after weeks of waiting…
