2020’s vision has been full of experiences and, emotions. While sheltering @ home | studio; I’ve cried, (painfully) laughed, learnt and, lost. I’ve creatively leveled up, selfied out, and shared more of myself than ever before. I’m clinging to the #GoodDespiteTheBad.
I decided to try #diy’ing my paints. So, today I’m working with some (now dried) flowers I bought for the holidays. I’m also making my binders and fillers for oil paint. #OilPaint
This is the table I’ve been working on. The smaller table on the top spins but, the spinner is a temp. I’ll add a lower one later. Also, I’ll add a unique edging, a tabletop fire bowl (centerpiece) and decorative storage on the bottom shelf. Then, I’ll hunt for chairs.
Fireplace update: Today I worked on painting the mortar but, I’m out of white paint so, that’s it for today. Next, I’ll add the white and decorative trim.
It’s been awhile since I’ve posted so, here’s updates: I painted and finished home projects. Here I have an indoor-to-outdoor converted table and easel for my patio. The table is *not* yet completed, it needs another coat and, topcoat. Easel also needs a topcoat.
While cleaning out my basement, I ran across a silver Holiday candle holder and a glass lamp shade. They fit together! (#UnintendedSurprise) Not a surprise, I don’t like cleaning silver. #Stinky! 😣 | #HolidayDecorating | #Christmas
#LunchTime: A #homemade cup of soup. Creamy Potato & Broccoli Cheddar with Chicken Breast, Salmon & Shrimp. I’m on a Salmon & Shrimp kick. Warm and, hearty #AutumnMeals.
#LunchTime for 2: Seafood Burritos. A #homemade meal of course. Shrimp, Salmon, Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Shredded Cheese Mix, Spinach & Herb Tortillas and, my special (secret) sauce and seasoning blends. 😋
