@TheSpeculator0 For me it's not about escaping chaos, it's strictly the free food, coffee/tea and alcohol. Agreed, it's not luxurious and often the food isn't great but still worth it.
@BillAckman Another way to look at it, Bill, is that the retailer is paying en extra 2%, not the low-income consumer. Although I also agree with your take, I've just proposed another way to look at it.
@AKASpencerScott@AskCapitalOne Big business in North America has become absolutely ridiculous. Called UPS with regards to delivery of a package and ended up with the most useless voice system. Fedex same story although not as bad. Consumers need to demand better!
@SMB_Attorney Had the same experience here in Canada last year. Took weeks to open a business account! Even longer to open a corporate investment account. Hats off to wealthsimple though, opened both accounts in just a matter of days. A month later Royal Bank was still sorting out paperwork
