It is not a just action of UGC in regards of Ishan Udoy Scholarship that has not provided for 2018 Batch of students till now where the student of 2019 batch has got an amount of 54000 on 2nd sept. We demand a proper importance on it @ugc_india @DrRPNishank @himantabiswa

We the students of 2018-19 batch have not got a single penny till date. Where as the students of 2019-20 got their money today . Why UGC is playing with the Ishan uday 2018-19 batch.#justiceFor201819students #ishanuday #ugc #justice @PMOIndia @DrRPNishank @CMOfficeAssam
