Tell us what you do in the quote
@theglobalmarvie This is such an important distinction. Sometimes anxiety isn't telling you that you're incapable, it's telling you that something about the situation needs to be addressed.
Good morning. 🌤️
You don't need to have the whole day figured out.
Just take the next step.
Then another.
You'll be surprised how far you can go when you stop worrying about the entire staircase.
Happy Thursday. ❤️
#VerseOfTheDay - Matthew 6:25 NIV
Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?

CONFESS & REPOST
I speak over this new day:
No bad news, no setbacks, no wasted efforts. My hands are blessed, my mind is sharp, and I will attract the right people and the right opportunities. Today is fruitful.
Requirements vs Solutions: One of the most important distinctions to understand in Business Analysis.
A stakeholder says:
"We need an app."
A Business Analyst shouldn't immediately start asking:
"iOS or Android?"
This is where the difference between a requirement and a solution becomes important.
A requirement describes a need, problem, capability or desired outcome.
A solution is one possible way to address that need.
For example:
"We need an app where customers can track their orders."
That's already a solution-shaped request.
The actual need might be:
"Customers need visibility into their order status without contacting Support."
Those are not the same thing.
The first assumes the answer is an app.
The second explains the problem.
Maybe the best solution is an app.
Maybe it's a customer portal.
Maybe it's automated SMS updates.
Maybe it's an email notification.
Maybe it's something else entirely.
This is why Business Analysts don't just take requests and turn them into requirements.
They investigate.
They ask questions.
They challenge assumptions.
They try to understand the problem behind the request.
Because if you fall in love with the solution too early, you might build the wrong thing perfectly.
One of the most valuable questions a BA can ask is:
"What problem are we actually trying to solve?"
Sometimes the best solution isn't the one the stakeholder initially asked for.
@Nnewi300 This is a good reminder that networking shouldn't start when you need a job. Build relationships, contribute to conversations, and let people know what you do before you need them to open a door for you.
I've stopped believing that confidence comes before action.
Most of the confidence I have today came from doing things while I still felt unsure.
Sometimes courage is simply deciding to begin before you feel ready.
6 ways to become "The Guy" in your niche:
• own one problem
• repeat your core beliefs
• teach from experience
• share client lessons
• make your positioning obvious
• write for buyers, not creators
Most founders think authority comes from knowing more.
Instead, authority comes from making your expertise easy to remember.
Because the market won't recommend the smartest person.
It recommends the clearest one.
This is why clarity matters so much. You can be incredibly knowledgeable, but if people can't quickly understand what you know, who you help, and the problem you solve, they won't remember you when the opportunity comes.

@Veronica_Joy09 This is such a powerful reminder. Sometimes we're asking God for the blessing while He's preparing us for the responsibility that comes with it.
@talk2veee I think most of them sometimes forget that banter still needs boundaries. You can catch cruise, disagree, and even drag someone's club without attacking the person behind the screen. Respectful communication doesn't mean you can't joke around.
@AdexZendaya True. Sometimes the difference between making it and giving up is simply being willing to change the approach without changing the destination.
