Happy anniversary, CTC II-95! 27 years ago today, Lianne Barbour and I pinned our badges on at the CHP Academy with the rest of our Cadet Training Class. Today, we’re still learning together at the same place as managers… though it’s a bit easier with no one yelling at us.

As I age, I learn to forgive. Like, I forgive my parents for not investing more in my athletic development… they clearly knew kids were out there that would put me to shame. Thanks mom and dad for sparing me emotional trauma. Also, this girl is a complete badass- MCU take note!
