The Kargil War will be remembered for a lot of things - raw courage, skill, perseverance and sacrifice. It will also be remembered for the morality displayed by the Indian Army.

Our army buried dead enemy soldiers with full military honours, according to their religious customs. We treated PoWs with respect and sent them back when the time came.

Pakistan Army brutally tortured Capt. Saurabh Kalia and his men from 4 Jat Regiment. Their dead bodies bore marks of horrific torture. Many Indians tell me that we should have done the same. NO.

The difference between us and them is not economy. Or IT.

Farq maryada aur naitikta ka hai. Aur yeh farq rehna chahiye.
