@drewlevin The real skill expression would come from manipulating the waves, knowing when you to freeze or shove. This is what people are losing CS to, not to last hitting. Also it's not like this will magically show you how to farm under tower which lots of people lose CS too

@drewlevin This is a very good change and should be added to ranked, this should still be a PvP game and the PvE aspect shouldn't be as decisive as it is. Plus last hitting in lane is relevant for the first 5 levels then it doesn't matter since you'll have the damage to two shot a minion.
