Bought a flagship Galaxy S23 Ultra in Sep 2023. Perfectly fine until the recent software update, which forced pink and green lines onto my display. Visited the center, but no clarity given.
This is a global manufacturing issue caused by YOUR update @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile

@SamsungIndia Extremely disappointed with @SamsungIndia . My Galaxy S23 Ultra developed a green and pink line immediately after a software update. An authorised Samsung Service Centre confirmed there is no physical or liquid damage

Each and every time we ask for refund, same reply asking us to wait for 20-25 days..When will we get the refund? Ticket was booked for May'20 and now it's Aug'21..Reply from customer care/ Feedback option is a dead-end . What should I do??

@airindiain In connection with the same issue, I had booked 2 other tickets in the same flight in 2020, same refund issue for those too. We raised as you suggested and Ref no is WB-DMAA260721088/89. We have not received the refund yet and still it shows closed. Can you please check?
