@NYGovCuomo @andrewcuomo The NYS Department of Labor has been processing my unemployment claim(s) for over 1 month. I have not received payments or updates, and spend 4+ hours a day trying to reach their office and yours in Albany. (The unemployment claims line just disconnects)

@NYSLabor Filed for UI benefits 3 weeks ago and have not received. Feeling lucky to have some financial cushion. Feeling sad for those who don't. @NYSLabor, how is it possible that I have called every day for the past week and haven't been able to speak to a human being?
