@0Jairosus@bahnloopi Like zenkais used to matter but now they're are more likely to be mid and outshined by equips, while to process getting a zenkai 7 unit is tedious and bad unless you throw away CC.
@0Jairosus@bahnloopi I unironically think the actual releases are balanced and fun to play around but then annoying equips like Rose and Z Broly are annoying. Then Goku/Bardock, our only summonable game original unit, gets a mid zenkai when zenkais or the system around then hasn't ever been good.
@HEIWA_RENE And I bet there is a huge amount of people who would only care about the idol side and not really the racing.
Then with Umas being stated to be pretty simple and naive I can't imagine they ever really took power to any degree or any way outside of the rare mega lord like Rudolf.
@HEIWA_RENE I kinda see it like irl horses and horse racing. So popular but also pretty niche in the grand scheme of things, so popular minority. I do think the fact that they are cute girls makes it more appealing than regular human races.
@Goreshx I'm excited because I like the character and I didn't think his unique did enough to make him strong. I just think it really depends if this zenkai is a dud or if it's some quality shit, y'know.
@zaglawazee@leo_ukeni@GNmachi80852 In a way, yeah. You can always improve, you can always do and be better. But it's hard and sometimes you fail, leaving the next generation to pick up where you left off. But that's life.
@Cherry_Pepis@zaglawazee@leo_ukeni@GNmachi80852 It's also just kind of how life works. Even if the prior generation was trying their best, the next generation always strives to improve from there, usually starting by addressing what was lacking before.
@ChibRisky@leo_ukeni Which also just made Roku's problems worse since he was having to struggle to unife the world that was effectively 200 years behind (though his main failure is, of course, the Sozin thing).
@ChibRisky@leo_ukeni I mean Kyoshi is right there. Her overcorrection on the human world after Kuruk's near complete neglect led to her heavily policing everything without diplomacy, creating the Dai Li, making a lot of the issues in the EK, and froze the world in the status quo for 200 years.
@leo_ukeni@GNmachi80852 My point being that both things are true. Kuruk did fail but he is also a workhorse. But that's just kinda the Avatar duty, fixing and improving off what your predecessor left you.
@leo_ukeni@GNmachi80852 I mean, he still technically failed cause his focus on the dark spirits led to him neglecting the human world, thus throwing it into chaos for Kyoshi. The Avatar is a job on two fronts, the human world and the spirit world.
