@multix_labs @BillHeyman @Mascobot The problematic / imprecise wording was part of the AI act since early drafts (even the first draft, unless I misremember), and has been rightly criticized from the beginning by FOSS activists.
It is now being addressed with proposed amendments - we're in the solution phase!
