Very disappointing experience with @IndiGo6E at BLR T1 on 25 Mar (Flight 6E952, PNR RF3Q9U).
Despite being in priority line & informing staff of knee surgery (3 months), I was made to wait ~30 mins in pain, while another passenger with multiple bags was prioritized.
