@passportsevamea Officer of Parnasree PS, Kolkata insisted on WhatsApp call. Since brother is not in the city, I'll have to "meet and settle" the matter. They even gave an appointment time of 5pm-7pm.

For those trying to track the story:
An affidavit attached to a letter (dated March 19,2019) sent by the Election Commission to political parties carried the seal of the BJP Kerala unit instead of the Election Commission’s seal.

This is a first.

We have often heard claims that, no matter which button is pressed on a voting machine, the lotus lights up. But this is the first time it appears as if the BJP and the Election Commission are using the same seal.

Verified update: The document has been received by multiple parties. It has been cross-verified with at least two of the recipients. It is also confirmed that the email originated from the official Election Commission source. #ElectionCommission
