@visiblecare thanks to your lack of service and response time I will be traveling without any means of communication. This is dangerous for me to be traveling alone with no way to reach or call for help should anything happen. #irresponsable#dangerous#noservice
@visiblecare if you can not provide me with answers and I still do not have service… UNLOCK my device so I can have another provider activate my service. This is not acceptable customer service!
@visiblecare I have been trying to get help with my service for hours! I was told this was escalated and would take a few hours. That is NOT escalated!!! I need my service fixed NOW! This is not acceptable.
@visiblecare I have been trying to get help for hours. I need someone to remind the 2 factor auth from my visible account. I have no cell service thank to you! And so I can’t get the SMS. This is ridiculous.
@visiblecare I have been having issues with your service since day 1…. Today the rep I chatted with uninstalled my Esim card and reinstalled a new one. Told me to log out of the Visible app and log back in. BUT when I log back in it asks for the SMS code and I can’t get that!
