Too many variables and more likelihood of getting it worse and even death.

You don't know if it's asymptomatic until you get it.

The holy grail is a vaccine that can handle all of them.

The goal is to not get sick or for faster recovery. You won't know if it's asymptomatic until you get it.

But it's not as severe as if you get the actual infection. Although, there are some people who are unable to be vaccinated.

Some people will have some adverse reaction to the vaccination. The majority do not.
