@Bell_Support When someone needs a new modem and you tell the customer a store is open 100%, you should make sure it is. The Trenton location is permanently closed and the phone number is out of service and now I have no services unless I drive to a different town.

@Bell_Support Contacted you on Monday for charging me for a non return equipment when I have proof of delivery. A case was opened and I was told I’d be contacted in 48 hours. It’s been longer than that and not a peep from you. Do you plan on calling me?
@Bell_Support Ever since my “free” upgrade my recordings are screwed up!! The audio/video is out of sync of my recordings from before the upgrade, I fast forward my recording and it refuses to play then I restart my box and the audio/video is out of sync!! It’s slow & freezes!!
