im sick of waiting i sent for a new passport close to 35 days ago and iv got no replys to any of my emails or even phone calls i wish to speak to someone

@PassportIRL Iv applied for a lost or stolen passport and iv sent a few emails about picking it up in cork or dublin since i have a flight Wednesday and nobody has replyed to me in a week now.Nobody is picking up the phone and nobody answers the webchat can i please get an answer
