So many reasons people are purchasing their eyewear online.
Local brick&mortars need to revisit the rigidity of their policies. Denying someone a service because they are ordering online is actually not a good business move.

If you can't compete with the prices make yourself viable by offering the services online shoppers would need ie prescriptions, measurements (or even ordering services) etc at a fee!
@jeremyfrancisTT @shoesbyFIS@FarleyAugustine The 'citizen' side of me initially responded but I experience with HSE and being a warden at my former job kicked in when you mentioned it. Companies can get HEFTY fines for noncompliance.
