@Vanguard_Group Made an overcontribution to my 401(k) account. I have been attempting to rectify this for over a month. I am still on the phone with reps who asks if I know I made an overcontribution and ask me to find the appropriate steps to obtain a 1099 form for this.
@McFranchisee@BurgerKing Funny but Burger King is bigger than Mc Donalds in Turkiye. They also have better products. There are 700 Burger King and around 300 Mc Donalds in Turkiye 😊
@aliuslu74 Selamlar, Tamam biraz daha onaylama anlamında dolayısıyla Okay, Alright, Got it karşılık olabilir.
@Nick_Ashdown 2- In Turkey, you’ll hear 'I’m a doctor/manager' as a reason for respect at social settings. In the West, your title usually ends at the office door. That social authority makes the day-to-day job of a manager much smoother.
@Nick_Ashdown 1- Management in Turkey hits different. 🇹🇷 Unlike the US/Europe, titles carry weight even in social settings. This hierarchy makes leading easier: subordinates show respect for the position, and their drive to climb the ladder makes delegation and mentorship seamless.
@GrahamStephan HSA option sounds better for you. You can triple dip the tax advantage and put your money to the index fund. You can withdraw your money with the relevant medical receipts
@mr_bullet_proof You can combine two menu items, one with higher profit but slower sales and the other with lower profit but faster sales, to create a deal with a total lower profit. Additionally, consider adding hummus or similar items to your menu.
@mr_bullet_proof@PigeonInvestor That will probably save you around 10% - 15% which will be around $300k yearly. Also by you being there will improve general operations which will contribute around 3%-5% but even if you don't include that $300k is really good money :)
@mr_bullet_proof@PigeonInvestor Labor probably is eating your profit like yourself said but it can be your rent or food cost too. I was an ops manager for a chain, I realized even 1 oz waste will eat your profit margin when you have volume so portioning your food and training employees will save you a lot.
