Mamata filed Multiple FIRs against me, interrogated me and my husband for hours and even filed a CID case.

I offered no apology. No undertaking. No bond. No application for anticipatory bail. No compromise.

I left my home. Sold my business. Moved across the country with my baby. I survived and fought. The court said the FIRs were vindictive and forced the state to either withdraw or face punitive costs.

Court asked if I wanted to fight for compensation. I refused. I don’t want blood money.

That’s how you fight for the truth, you cowardly anarchist.

Add - you signed a bond because you knew you’d be arrested. You knew you had sparked anarchy and violence. You KNOW you are a criminal.

The state in your case followed the law. The only criminal and the only coward here, is you.

Despite being stabbed and seriously injured, he fought back, resisted, opened the cockpit door, and enabled passengers and crew to overpower the attacker — preventing a catastrophic mid-air disaster.

He saved the lives of 174 people, including Israeli citizens and other nationals.

I wish Captain Machchhar a speedy and full recovery.

बीवी-बच्चों के सामने पुलिसिया गुंडई!

छत्तीसगढ़ के धमतरी में एक युवक परिवार के साथ शाम को मूवी देखकर वापस आ रहा था। रास्ते में पूछताछ के नाम पर पुलिसकर्मी चंद्रकांत साहू ने उसके साथ मारपीट की।

लेकिन पुलिस की तानाशाही देखिए। दोषी पुलिसकर्मी पर कार्रवाई कर उसे जेल भेजने की बजाय पुलिस उसके मकान मालिक को नोटिस भेज रही है कि उन्होंने किरायेदार का पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन क्यों नहीं कराया था। साथ ही उस पर मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट की धाराओं में भी कार्रवाई की जा रही है। और तो और, छत्तीसगढ़ पुलिस बड़े गर्व से अपनी पीठ थपथपा रही है कि उन्होंने रात में स्थानीय पार्षद से फोन करके इस व्यक्ति के बारे में जानकारी ली थी।

जबकि वीडियो में साफ-साफ दिख रहा है कि पुलिसकर्मी को कानून का कोई डर नहीं था। युवक वीडियो बना रहा है, लेकिन वह फिर भी उसके साथ मारपीट कर रहा है। यह देखकर उसकी बीवी और बच्चे डरे हुए थे। असहाय होकर पीड़ित युवक राह चलते अन्य वाहन चालकों से भी मदद की गुहार लगा रहा था, लेकिन वर्दी के धौंस में चूर पुलिसवालों को न तनिक लाज आई, न शर्म और न ही अपने कर्तव्य का ध्यान रहा। पुलिस का काम लोगों की सुरक्षा करना होता है। यहां तो लोग पुलिस की ही गुंडागर्दी से भयभीत और आतंकित हैं।

ऐसे ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कई बार पुलिस को संगठित अपराधियों का गिरोह नहीं कहा है। ये लोग जनता के साथ व्यवहार में अपनी वर्दी का रौब और कानून के मकड़जाल का धौंस दिखाकर उनका उत्पीड़न करने का एक भी मौका नहीं छोड़ते। पुलिसकर्मी ने रात में बीवी और बच्चे के सामने एक बेबस आदमी के साथ बदसलूकी की और गुंडागर्दी करते हुए उसके साथ मारपीट की, तो क्या हुआ? पुलिस वाला अपना आदमी है। इसलिए उसके हर अपराध को फूलों से ढंक दिया जाएगा और निर्दोष व्यक्ति को सताया जाएगा। क्या यही सरकार की न्याय व्यवस्था है?

आखिर भाजपा सरकार में पुलिस खुले अपराधियों जैसा व्यवहार क्यों करने लगती है? सरकार से हमारी मांग है कि जल्द से जल्द हमलावर पुलिसकर्मी और इस मामले में लीपापोती कर रहे पुलिस अधिकारियों पर विभागीय कार्रवाई के साथ-साथ समुचित धाराओं में FIR दर्ज कर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए। खासकर हमलावर पुलिसकर्मी की तत्काल गिरफ्तारी होनी चाहिए।

अगर सरकार ऐसा नहीं करती है, तो युवक को हमारा सुझाव है कि वह जल्द से जल्द इन पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर कार्रवाई की मांग करे। यदि ढंग से कार्रवाई की जाए, तो पूरा जिला प्रशासन हिल जाएगा। पुलिसिया गुंडागर्दी बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
