The atmosphere at the gym is so special this time a year. Great weather with the big garage doors open. Come in and check it out!

[Armbrust Pro Gym @ArmbrustProGym]

@primehulk I would agree with that.

[Armbrust Pro Gym @ArmbrustProGym]

@liftstudios I think Evan could have had a better run at winning with a better tan and better posing.

Just got into Columbus for the weekend. Gotta find some food quickly!

[Armbrust Pro Gym @ArmbrustProGym]

@SportzDoc I wish more doc's were like you. Unfortunately most know nothing about nutritional healing and think medicine is the answer.

@liftstudios kinda nervous about being on the same flight as @PHILHEATH though. He's pushing 280 right now. He might need 2 seats! LOL!

[Armbrust Pro Gym @ArmbrustProGym]

@liftstudios yes for sure, you should be able to cruise right through any airport now!

[Armbrust Pro Gym @ArmbrustProGym]

I haven't started packing for Columbus yet. This could be a problem because tomarrow is crazy!

[Armbrust Pro Gym @ArmbrustProGym]

[Armbrust Pro Gym @ArmbrustProGym]

I'm out to dinner with my kids and we are being stared down by all these obese people.

[Armbrust Pro Gym @ArmbrustProGym]

Obesity is America's #1 health issue. This is just nasty!

[Armbrust Pro Gym @ArmbrustProGym]

There was enough energy in the gym this morning to inspire Rosane Bar to workout!
