Lecturing Marketing Foundation at the beautiful campus of the @univmiami Herbert Business School 🏝️
The main concern of these young students is the job market in the age of AI.
My response to them was in three parts:
1- Things are changing fast but not as fast as the social media and the clickbait news want you to believe. Mostly because the change is not just about the compute power but the infrastructure and cultural adaptation.
2- Start from the first principles and see what skill sets would be valuable with the rise of AI and other technologies: creativity, critical thinking, etc. The new tools are making the playing field almost equal for everyone and the winner is the one able to use their creativity to build with the new tools.
3- Think of what won’t be changing much even with AI, and build sustainable offers around that. Regardless of the technological advancement people always need a place to sleep, nutritious food to eat and clean water to drink.
We went through much more such as applications of behavioral biology in marketing, psychology of sales, and some case studies form The Armin Bar (Miami|Milan).
Thank you Carlos Erban for inviting me and for doing a great job running the Marketing Department at the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
I see a bright future for the students of the University of Miami ✨
Miami tech is on fire right now.
Founders from all over the country (the world) are here, helping each other to win together.
VCs and big corporations are also embracing the momentum.
Think SF in the 2010s, but on steroids.
Mark my words, more and more unicorns will come out of South Florida.
It's history in the making!
And I'm grateful to be able to experience this energy and do my part.
This couldn't have been possible without the support of Lavinia Meliti, VP of Startup Banking of J.P. Morgan, and Nando Costa, Executive Director, Banker, of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Thank you for sponsoring this event and curating selected startups and investors.
And thanks to everyone who showed up and participated in the Q&A.
Cheers to the future of Miami and South Florida.

Last Tuesday, we had a small curated group of builders and investors to have a fireside chat with @mabot, Managing Director of @X/@xai for Canada and LATAM.
Lots of nuggets, but in short, don't sleep on @X especially if you're in tech/finance:
- @X has the slowest scroll speed compared to other social networks, which leads to more intentional content consumption vs. pure zombie scrolling.
- Long form content works best as it holds attention longer. It's harder to create and that's kind of the point.
- Use the platform as a real-time market research tool and get direct and immediate feedback from your niche. The "town hall" effect.
- Being the "reply guy" (but actually adding value) and meaningfully participating in other's discussions is the fastest way to build your audience when you're starting out.
I’m bullish on @X, bullish on Miami 🏝️ and bullish on what institutions like @jpmorgan are building here.
I’ll be hosting a fireside chat with Marco Botero, Managing Director of @X for Canada and Latin America, on how founders and investors can use the platform with intention, and where X is heading next.
This evening is for scale-up founders and tech VCs who are thinking beyond surface-level presence and want to understand how @X can be used strategically to build relevance, shape narrative, and drive real business outcomes.
No slides. No pitching.
Just a candid conversation, followed by open Q&A with a highly curated room.
The event is invite-only, with limited capacity, and sponsored by @jpmorgan. S/O to Lavinia Meliti, VP of Startup Banking, who’s actively building the future of Miami’s tech and investment ecosystem.
And special thanks to @crisnulli, Market Lead of X in Italy who supported this initiate and made the connections possible.
This isn’t for everyone.
If it feels relevant to you, request to join via the link in the first comment.

🇳🇱 The Dutch know how to celebrate Koningsdag (King’s Day), even in Miami.
This was a genuine gathering at the beautiful residence of the Consul General of the Netherlands, Lisette den Breems, in Pinecrest.
Big thanks to Maurice Ouderland for inviting us.
He's representing Dutch sports in the US, and bringing the "ROI of football" ahead of the 2026 @FIFAWorldCup.
I even received a generous gift from the Dutch Consulate and @KLM:
A round-trip flight to Amsterdam for two!
This is a truly useful gift, considering that there’s no direct flight to Milan from Miami, and most of the time I have a layover in Amsterdam.
This event showed me again that the European community in Miami is growing.
And we are here for it.
Europe Meets Miami is expanding its partners. For the next season we plan to have an event together with the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Miami.
The future of Miami is bright 🏝️
2025 is the year for making real connections in real life.
That’s why we’re excited to launch the Europe Meets Miami community!
Co-created by Barbora Pocuchova, Tarja Stephens, and me.
We’re hosting monthly meetups to bring Europeans living in Miami and locals together in a relaxed, vibrant atmosphere.
Whether you’re new to the city or a Miami local, our mission is simple:
1. Meet new faces.
Connect with people who share a love for culture, travel, business, and deep conversations.
2. Discover hidden gems.
Each month we discover a new venue from chic rooftop bars to cozy cafes.
3. Experience a genuine community.
Share stories, exchange ideas, and exciting opportunities while getting the best of Miami.
@BilldeBlasio lowkey pointed the finger at @realDonaldTrump for New York’s COVID response.
In a leadership event, I was expecting more focus on taking responsibility rather than playing the blame game, but I appreciated the reference to the pizza rat. Fun memories!
Thrilled to share that EW3O is partnering with the Nordic Blockchain Conference happening June 19-20 in Copenhagen! 🇩🇰
This 6th edition will bring together the top minds in #Web3 to support the @nordicblock vital mission 👇
