@UPS_UK Last time that happened we then sent a replacement to a customer in Germany who then had both parcels arrive - VAT bill and all.

@UPS_UK still waiting for a package shipped on the 17feb to be delivered to a customer in Germany. UPS have been prepping for customs clearance since the 27 Feb. We have started moving German shipments to DPD.

I do not expect this shipment to be delivered or returned. I apologise for the inconvenience of non-delivery and will add this consignment to my list of customers consignments that failed to be delivered
