Restore First Amendment right to petition.

When the First Amendment was ratified, People petitioned by writs of error to get guaranteed access to the Supreme Court.

Today, the Supreme Court can reject petitions because Congress abolished writs of error in 1928.

That 1928 act goes against the First Amendment and is why petitioning the Supreme Court today feels like playing the lottery.

State constitutions frame government with separated powers and prohibit the usage of delegated powers contrary to their grant.

When judge use statutes, they use legislative power.

That is prohibited and proves the act is unofficial.
