We are simply on a long journey to one. @KagutaMuseveni ‘s gov’t has done a lot in deterring this effort and he doesn’t pretend about it. Man seeks no democracy on security issues and NO country does.

@SarahBireete@kizzabesigye1 I am a KB admirer but I think that his line of thought is theoretical on this matter especially in a country where politics is immature. By the time you get through parliament to get approval, people are dead as our dramatic parliament uses every opportunity for political points.

@MuyaakaAlfred A handful of civil servants go to office everyday with a mind of service. Most simply go through the motion, collect a salary and focus on deals/corruption tendencies.
