Entrepreneurs have been well represented at #WEF23, particularly young innovators. World leaders have long said entrepreneurship is the gateway to building the future economy and propelling job creation. @tumisangndlovu is there.

If you want to start a startup, don't learn "entrepreneurship." Learn how to build things. The hard part of startups is not "entrepreneurship" but product: to know what to build, and to be able to build it.
@Mashstartup That’s not the problem Mash. The problem is that there are too many people with Corporate backgrounds solving for entrepreneurs failing and refusing to listen. There’s no reason we should trust a lawyer to develop an E.D program for tech startups. That’s the disconnect.
Let's be fair an honest.. what makes the incompetent, corrupt Senona a Major General then leave the competent Sander with 40yr experience as a W/O?
It pains me to hear him referring to himself as a "junior" with the experience he posses. NO @SAPoliceService#MadlangaCommission
That is the fundamental problem with the structure of SA's economy. - The black majority is largely kept as a consumer base and that base is eroding gradually but it's very lucrative short term.
R3.036billion you say its for south africans but here is your secretariat talking with the Bangladesh community association south Africa -(bacasa) on how they will intrench themselves deep into the small business economy...behind closed doors your making deals with foreigners
Aliko Dangote just opened up about what it really took to build the refinery.
He started in 2013. For 5 years, the oil mafia blocked everything.
No port in Nigeria could handle the heavy equipment, so he built his own. He also built a harbour, roads, and a water system that holds 440 million litres. The water facility alone covers more than 30 hectares.
67,000 people worked to build it.
He didn’t just build a refinery. He built around an entire country.

This was my fourth rejection letter. I previously told the #idc that I don’t want to work with the herein signed off Pule Pule because of the frustrating shifting of goal posts. But hey, another company doing the same thing with less traction get idc support.
@IDCSouthAfrica@CyrilRamaphosa This was 2025, I got interviewed by @Mashstartup and I hid a lot of what I was dealing with. The system is designed to make you fail. But hey, some say I’m race-baiting or whatever you want to call it. This is my truth.
8/10 the people who destroying early stage ventures in S.A are people who have a mandate to develop us. Entrepreneurship Development in S.A needs a serious regulatory overhaul.
