What we do at Arogya Yatra:
Wellness that actually fits into your day and at work, in communities, across time zones.
โ
That is worth appreciating and experiencing.
If your team could use a little more energy and connection, try a Laughter Yoga session. You may be surprised by how quickly the mood shifts.
There is something truly powerful about laughter at work.
Not just the laughter that comes from a perfectly timed joke or a funny story over coffee break, but also the kind we create intentionally through Laughter Yoga.
Work is about getting things done, of course. But the people around us shape how we experience those years.
A good team gets the work across the finish line.
A team that practises Laughter Yoga together can create more ease, connection and joy along the way.
The longer you stay at your desk, the easier it is to forget about your posture.
Before you continue, have a look at yourself.
Where are your shoulders right now?
Mine start creeping up whenever I get caught up in work. I usually realise it when my neck starts feeling tight.
We sit for hours, get busy with work and forget that our body is also putting in a full day with us.
A little attention during the day can make a real difference to how your neck, shoulders and back feel by evening.
It is very easy to ignore your body signals as you get engrossed in your daily task, work, priorities and even worries. Take a moment to quieten your mind and listen to your heart and body.

Gently close your eyes and listen to your heart. Listen to what your body is telling or asking you to do.
Thatโs it!
Ganpati Bappa Morya! ๐
May this Ganesh Chaturthi remind us that good health is also a blessing worth nurturing.
Wishing you and your loved ones a healthy, happy and blessed Ganesh Chaturthi.
With love,
Arogya Yatra
A big thank you to everyone who has joined us, shared the program, brought their teams along and kept coming back. You have made this first year so special.
One year. Countless 15-minute moments. And we keep going. โค๏ธ
๐ WE ARE ONE! ๐
15-Minute Arogya is celebrating its first anniversary! โค๏ธ
365 days of showing up.
365 days of breathing, moving, laughing and making time for health.
Hundreds of sessions with wonderful people joining us from different cities, countries and time zones.
A year ago, we started with a simple idea: bring 15-minutes of wellness into your everyday routine.
Since then, every 15-Minute Arogya session has brought together movement, breathwork, laughter and simple wellness practices, all within 15-minutes.
Stop scrolling! Do you need to go drink some water? Chances are, you are thirsty and you donโt even realise it!
Take this as a sign to take a wellness break from your screen and work.

That is the thinking behind 15-Minute Arogya. Trying to fit in a huge routine when you are already tired feels tough. But, setting aside 15-minutes for basic breathwork, gentle movement and a quick wellness break is simple enough that you do not talk yourself out of it.
I have often noticed that when it comes to wellness, people face this one challenge: motivation.
So, how important is motivation? Which truly comes first, motivation or action? It really is like the chicken and egg question.
That perfect mood rarely shows up on a busy weekday.
What I find is that the energy only shows up after you take that first step. Once I do one simple stretch and take a couple of slow breaths, to release the morning heaviness. The mind catches up with the body.
