@airindia @virsanghvi Take this feedback too @airindia - follow up on customer complaints. My checked in baggage was opened, personal belongings tossed around. Spent two hours with onground staff with reassurance of greviance redressal in 24 hours. It’s been 10 days, I’m still waiting.
