The year was 2013…..and I wrote about it in 2016….10 years after…..and despite constant attacks from some corrupt media, in particular the Namibian led by morally corrupt editors and journalists, we stayed the course and today Namibia has made commercial oil discoveries. First winner/Beneficiary: 12 year old Shelay Davids. Born in Karasburg and grew up in Walvis Bay. Now based in Mariental with her Mother. Suffering from Juvenile Papilloma virus for the past 12years,The sickness caused her to become blind and paralyzed, while she was in grade 2. She needs surgery after every 3rd month.
