If someone tells you that they don’t want you to do a specific thing sexually and you decide to do it anyway, it’s a violation of consent. Legal ramifications aside (we know conviction rates and thresholds), morally, why would you do that? What does that make you?????????
Conditional consent isn’t a new concept. There can be legal consequences if you Ignore agreed boundaries during sex, as there should be. This is to deal with issues like stealthing not this hypothetical.
