@almustyabdullah A mobile app would open useful possibilities, but we can’t promise it now. However, we are looking at adding more extensibility in the future.
For example, we’re considering SDK/API options for custom integrations, which could open the door to mobile apps. Sounds interesting?

@EdMuthama Stock quantities are updated via document only. Sale document will automatically deduct stock quantities. Creating a purchase document will automatically add stock quantities.
Are you saying that making a sale doesn’t deduct the stock quantities automatically for you?
@EdMuthama Can you help us understand what are you updating using documents?
Documents are used for stock and financial transactions, products’ stock quantity and (average) cost price are updated via documents but products’ details are updated as described at https://t.co/mVR4qj84Q2
@AHE1111 Thanks. We are preparing the instructions and will send them out shortly. Please keep your eyes open for an email coming from [email protected]
@AHE1111 Alternatively, if you wish to try and fix the problem yourself, this error is caused by incorrectly configured or missing taxes on some products. Making sure you have configured the tax(es) correctly and assigned correct taxes to products will solve the problem.
@AHE1111 We would strongly suggest reaching out to the authorized partner who installed Fatoora plugin for you. If that is not an option, we are here to help, you can send us your email via DM and we will create a ticket on behalf of you and follow up in short time.
@AHE1111 It is hard to say without more details.
If you haven’t already, can you please send an email to our support team so we can look into this? You can find preferred contact options at https://t.co/zC4XEXiNGK.
@iD0ts Hi @iD0ts, the hotfix for this issue is just released with v1.45.0.1. You can download it manually from our website or use the auto-update directly from Aronium application.
Sorry it took a bit longer than expected, try it out and let us know if the problem is still there.
@iD0ts Thank you for your help, much appreciated!
Please allow us some time to reproduce this and see where the problem is, we will get back to you as soon as we have some updates.
@iD0ts That is great news, if you can reproduce it, it will be easier to fix! Is there a chance you can share steps to reproduce here or send an email to [email protected] so we can work on it together?
@efrvscnt Nothing, you have it there, maybe the translation is not intuitive enough and can be fixed. Anyway, see the screenshot below, this is the settings you are looking for.
