@AirCanada do I have any rights / claims if you cancel my flight out of #YYR and book me overnight through a different city? I am happy to route through #YYT but I don’t catch a flight to #YYZ until 5 am the next morning!? You’d think I would at least get booked into a hotel!?

@TTChelps have you ever considered “bus stop zones” ... for ex I’ve caught the bus many times before a stop light but the bus waited 50 feet behind the actual bus stop sign... then by time everyone was loaded on at the bus stop sign the light was red again!? #inefficient #commute
