It's great for moderation that you acknowledge there have been abuses. However, should we file a ticket about a hotel where the staff's egos prevent them from making reasonable decisions?

Or are you suggesting @Habbo that we be able to file a ticket and have it reviewed by someone who is truly neutral and objective?
