@AirCanada my sister is travelling today by air canada 7.30 pm flight. which was delayed.. she got a standby for am early flight the staff there was so insensitive that despite she was travelling with 2 young kids they told her that "I hv only two seats, decide who wants to go"

One they forced her to either take the original flight which is delayed by 3 hours or be in standby..when all she wanted was a next day flight. Second they are so insensitive to ask her to take one kid along and leave one kid behind. @AirCanada This is just too bad!
