🚨 Unacceptable! Both lifts in G Block, GVC, Dwarka Sec 19B, failed AGAIN today. My physically challenged, wheelchair-bound mother got stuck – second time in 2 days! Yesterday, her wheelchair had to be manually lifted out. @official_dda this is a crisis!

Another "architectural marvel" from @official_dda! After repeated reminders there is a ramp at Tower G, GVC Sector 19B, Dwarka! But it's so steep that it's a safety hazard, not an access point. My mother's wheelchair could easily tumble. This is a mockery of accessibility.

Unacceptable! @official_dda's "planning" for disabled residents seems to exclude them from basic amenities. Despite paying a premium for a flat in Golf View Condos Dwarka Sec 19B, there's no ramp access to the park. This isn't just an oversight, it's systemic exclusion
