Whosoever says ..Extensionहक है भीख नही, should not forget there are repeated repesentation from other professional bodies for allowing Tax Audit & by a minor change in the Act, Government can do it. 😢😢

[CA Himank Singla @CAHimankSingla]

Tier 1 cities and offices

Yeh bhi ab Hon’ble High Court ko bolna pad raha hai ki when CAs are victims, then why didn’t the apex body ICAI knock the door of the Court?

Even though RTCA Counsel Adv (CA) Siddharth Ranka submitted that ICAI submitted a representation. Has anyone seen such representation?

[Pratibha Gupta @PratibhaGoyal]

Dear ICAI,

But UDIN site crashing again and again is not a good thing!

Rajasthan HC Update

Rajasthan HC has asked CBDT to issue clear instructions today itself on whether the Tax Audit due date is being extended or not.

The Court also observed that this issue should not be stretched till the last date.

And then came the biggest point - the Court told RTCA that if CAs are facing difficulties, it is the responsibility of ICAI to approach the High Court, since Tax Audit is primarily carried out by Chartered Accountants.

Gazab Beijjati Huyi Hai Aaj.

Now, let’s see what CBDT decides.

@pankajgshah. Jwab do sir

[Anand Luhar @anand_luhar]

Dear @pankajgshah,

What is your response to the Hon’ble High Court Judge’s observation regarding the alleged lack of representation by ICAI in this matter?

As the Vice-Chairman of the Direct Tax Committee, your perspective is particularly relevant. We, as members and fellow professionals, would genuinely like to hear your views on this issue.

Silence may leave room for assumptions. We would appreciate a logical, factual, and respectful clarification on the matter.

A concerned member
