Obviously he is a liar and has no heart.

@UPS You asked how did we do. You did poorly. Both packages were NOT deliverd to my front door.
I sent my Granddaughter out one more time to see if they were delivered before I called customer service
and reported they were not delivered.

My Granddaughter walked down our steps and found the packages in
the driveway where they were not visible from the front door. One of the these packakes was CLEARLY marked
Medical Equipment Open Immediately.
