@SouthWestWater @hermanhall1970 Thanks for the speedy response. Why does it take so long to fix a hole when the pipe has been repaired?

[Anita Williams @AroundLymeRegis]

@SouthWestWater Another week, another water leak, another closure of a single track lane, another diversion! Please can you advise when Whalley Lane, Uplyme, DT7 (Devon) will be repaired? The leak is fixed but as ever the hole remains. @hermanhall1970 FYI

[Anita Williams @AroundLymeRegis]

@SouthWestWater @hermanhall1970 Hi Luke There are no traffic lights it's a single track lane which is closed because of the hole. There hasn't been any work to it since the water main was repaired. Are you saying it will be filled in tomorrow? That would be great

[Anita Williams @AroundLymeRegis]

@southwestwater please confirm when you will be repairing and reopening Whalley Lane, Uplyme? You seem to have abandoned us yet again! @hermanhall1970

Unfortunately the Lyme Picnic in the Park has been cancelled this afternoon because of the rain.

The BBC Big Band on the Beach is still on at 7.30pm as are the fireworks at 10pm.

Jazz Jurassica continues too.

Queen's Platinum Jubilee Torchlight Procession & beacon lighting in #LymeRegis last night. A spectacular sight as 300 torchbearers made their way down through the gardens to the sandy beach before a beacon was lit.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, I've had great service from one of your broadband/TV advisors but no survey received, how do I give positive feedback?

[Anita Williams @AroundLymeRegis]

@Morrisons Thanks, I've DM'd

[Anita Williams @AroundLymeRegis]

@Morrisons how do I turn off carrier bags on online order? I don't want them, the items were mainly just in the boxes with the bags chucked in? Also ordered 8 bottles of prosecco, only got 3! Surely not really out of stock?! Is someone judging my drinking?!

Free Saturdays! We’re offering free entry TODAY and next Saturday (12th and 19th Dec). Lots to discover for all the family, and the museum shop is a great place to find some last minute Christmas gifts. #Dorset #EscapeTheEveryday

@thejasonvaughan Did you admire "your" sea defence? We're very grateful for it!

[Anita Williams @AroundLymeRegis]

@morrisons, cracking community service, new hub set up in Bridport for delivery and click and collect. Thank you, just had our first online food delivery in 6 weeks. We are shielding 85 year old father so very welcome. Lovely cheery driver good substitutions, huge thanks.

@kiauk @kiaukpr Gearbox failed on July 17 Sportage with 26k miles. A known fault but no fix available yet. Dealers can't look at for over 3 weeks and no courtesy car available. Even then they can only await the fix with no ETA. How is that customer service? #walking16milestowork

Lyme Regis Firework Update - no cancellation so far. Next assessment due around 3pm and I'll update here once I know. It's possible that all will depend on a 5pm assessment as we are waiting for the wind to swing. Keep watching!

Really disappointed in the quality of bedding plants from @suttons_seeds, shipped late, dried out, squished into small box, not sure we're going to save them. Gutted.
