@GavinWilliamson I am disgusted to learn that Universities are proposing to continue some online teaching next year whether Covid conditions apply or not. There has to be a reduction in fees NOW! This is not value for money - YOU need to do something urgently.

@OliverDlouhy @kiwicom247 I cannot see how it can take a year to get a refund on a flight. If your staff really are working 24/7 and you still can't sort out your customers' refunds, then you need to get more staff. We are owed £1500 and we want it back.

@dawes_melanie It cannot be right that individuals in rural areas are having to pay upfront for BT broadband coverage under USO to the tune of £1680 in my case. BT have at least 12 months to do the work and have an interest free loan from me in the meantime. Really Ofcom?!
