@nikbabyy27 Rachael has been clear about the steps she’s taken publically already - you are missing the point - yes she could tell you the list - the education books podcasts etc but the more important thing is putting that education to work no? Cool you read a book but how are you changing
@AsurionCares has the worst customer service ever! full two days go by without response for a cracked screen - and now the latest is that only a new phone for $200 is available??? Quitting my coverage immediately and getting @apple care.
