@delhivery Update: they fixed it! For exactly 1 call attempt. Then the delivery guy’s phone stopped working, and my parcel is now postponed “indefinitely”. At this point I’m not shipping a parcel, I’m participating in a social experiment on how much a customer can endure. 🙂

Paid @Delhivery to pick up my parcel. Two days, zero visits, app says “failed pickup”, but whose failure exactly? 🤔 Support knows nothing, promises nothing, does nothing. The only thing working flawlessly on their app? The button to charge me again. Groundbreaking stuff. 👏

Today, I am told that I'll mostly get the product by next 2 days.. but from the way their confidence is dropping, I am sceptical about that.
