आणि लल्लनटॉपचा पत्रकार रजत पांडे… त्याने घेतलेली ही मुलाखत म्हणजे केवळ प्रश्नोत्तर नाही, तर एका दुर्लक्षित भारताला आवाज देण्याचा प्रयत्न आहे.

देशाच्या झोपडपट्ट्यांमध्ये, छोट्या गावांत आणि दुर्लक्षित वस्त्यांमध्ये असे कितीतरी इरफान आजही आहेत. प्रश्न त्यांच्या क्षमतेचा नाही, तर त्यांना व्यासपीठ मिळतं का याचा आहे.

@LGIndia pathetic LG India services.. Calls keep ringing for 1min 35 secs but are never answered.. Even if answered, they do not address concerns and give false information.. Very very unprofessional services..

#Nifty index price alerts are not working since 1 week on #upstox app.. Other stock/index price alerts are working.. Please check immediately what is the issue?? The last alert was triggered on 27-11-2025. How can the issue remain unresolved for so long?

@UpstoxSupport Very pathetic app support team.. It's been almost 3 months... The price alerts are still not working correctly.. For index, I have to set alerts everyday, then only it triggers.. For stocks, alerts are not working randomly for some stocks.. There is no clear pattern of issue..

@SEBI_India must investigate why upstox is blocking the nifty price alerts..

@UpstoxSupport The alerts are now working.. But have observed new bugs in personal stock lists.. Some lists are showing twice (duplicate).. 🤦🏻
Reinstalled the app, but still the issue is same.. App version 3.3.0

There is no option in your app to raise issue regarding UPI mandates. I created UPI mandate on 06-11-2025 for IPO application, money is blocked, but till date it is not reflecting in @NSEIndia database. IPO is closed, how is it possible? @SEBI_India

@UpstoxSupport Hello, stop giving this standard explanations of application process which everyone knows.. The exchange website already shows application statu, but your app is not showing the status, so the issue is at your end but you guys refuse to accept your faults.. Very unprofessional..

It's been 5 days, yet the status is not updated on #upstox app about payment and mandate approval.. This has happened before as well.. IPO status is always in jeopardy.. Absolutely third class tracking.. Will never use your app for IPO again..
