In my own mind the onus should be on the design company paid to deliver this on behalf of tax payers, not political groups (nothing wrong with political groups of course)! Also, traffic cones have now appeared, so at road users are aware of them now.

DANGER! New 8” ish bollards along cycle lane on London road, not very visible. I clipped one and was thrown across into the traffic (car stopped in time) but stayed upright... just! @VeloClubWalcot @BathCyclingClub @bathnes @WeLoveBath
