@NianticHelp So the Pokemon GO shop EXCHANGE button didn't work. The in app support bot broke and won't reply. I can't stay a new chat. The Other reason on your Contact Us page blackholes messages to a noreply inbox. I have no way of getting support other than social media.

@TwitchSupport VOD collections are broken on the Android app, I can provide extreme detail. I emailed support 6 weeks ago and got no actual help. I got an email asking if it was still a problem. I said yes. I've been completely ignored since. How do I get support?

@RockstarSupport A friend produced the same issue on another XBox with a different disc. I think there's a bigger issue here but I'll try.
