Our flight for four people was supposed to be on the 28th of August from Bogota to Amsterdam. Twopeople couldn’t fly because of a change in corona regulations and the customer service from Delta told us, we can rebook their flights anytime.

We need to find the flights in the database in order for your people in Bogota to rebook the flights. But somehow the booking codes dont work anymore.

@KLM I just tried to rebook two flights for a mother and a 7 year old daughter, who are now stuck in Colombia, but your supervisor told me I should have called 60 minutes earlier. Flexible?!
