People never think 'commercials' and 'marketing' works on them

Yes it does. All the time.

You just don't know it's all a numbers game.

The best direct mail pieces have a 1-2% response rate. At scale, maybe 0.5%.

Same with cold traffic through social. (Sometimes a bit higher at a lower priced product)

You don't think it works, until it does work, and you don't realize it works.

The problem is most cold outreach you get is crap.

Companies outsource their cold calls to some dude in India who's obviously reading a script.

But if I cold-called you tomorrow and said, "Hey, I have a $1M property under contract for $700k, I don't have the money but have done a ton of deals in the area, I'm looking for a partner...do you know anyone?"

I bet you'd call me back.

Or, maybe you wouldn't. Who knows.
