i dont know how to express this properly but

these days i am really happy when i find something i like that everyone dislikes or hates

to me it means i was able to find a special personal reason to like something even if i know it's not objectively good

I just really love the music. But I especially love Kanon's Love Call song. I can remember the first time I heard it and man I really loved it. Maybe it stood out to me because it's such a stark contrast to all of the other songs Kanon sings but it just feels so special to me.

Someone could argue that the music in TWGOK is nothing special, and I could see an argument for that, but I really love the songs in it. From the opening song whose full version is like 13 minutes long for some reason to the character song that they had for a one-off game artist,

I did not realize that the majority of atelier fans (including the JP fans) hated the baby rorona shit from meruru that removed all of her character development, to the point where gust/KT retconned a bunch of lore.

Maybe I can have some faith in humanity again.

some part of me really wants to do a proper playthrough of rorona and totori with the japanese voices but its really hard to bring myself to do that because i really love the english dub

Man, I really wish Lulua was dubbed. I'm definitely in the minority but I really like the english dub for the Atelier games, especially the Arland Trilogy. I would argue that some of the english voices do

that i dont agree with their jp voice direction. it's going to be especially sad when i eventually play lulua because it's only in japanese. i think im going to be legitimately sad if i see these familiar characters but they dont feel familiar to me because they dont have
