Don't Give It Control - March 8, 2023 was the day I decided to change my life. Earlier this year, I was tested again, but instead of letting it consume me, I leaned on the habits I'd built over the past two years.
For me, movement creates momentum. Staying active, staying productive, and continuing to move forward made all the difference.
Life will always throw challenges our way. The choice is whether we let them control us—or use them as a reason to keep going.

You can challenge a player without sounding like you’re rooting against them. Brandel’s golf knowledge is undeniable, but his criticism of Bryson has often felt harsher than necessary.
That said, if this is all part of playing the “villain” in the media world to spark debate and keep people watching, then kudos to Brandel—it’s a smart strategy. And with that said, no harm intended here, it’s a meme, it’s a joke and Just my opinion.
Go gettem this weekend @brysondechambeau @crushers_gc

A simple perspective shift can change the way you see difficult people. You don't have to like everyone, but choosing empathy over anger can protect your peace and keep someone else's negativity from controlling your day.

This is a golden take from Andrew Tate, and he explains it further in this video.
Speaking from my own lived experience, I was a prime example of letting depression overtake my life. It spiraled dramatically at first, then became a roller
coaster until I finally took control. Today, I believe much of what Andrew is saying because I've built so many habits that keep me away from depression. I’m always busy, but early in in my recovery if I felt slightly off, I went for a jog right away—bam, I've completely changed the direction of my day.
I'll share more about my journey of escaping debilitating depression in future videos. For now, here's more of what Andrew had to say.

A little behind the scenes on how this idea came to life...
Around the time the Knicks were making their championship run, I came across the page Phetru and immediately became hooked on their miniature creations. It inspired me to make a miniature version of myself.
From there, I thought, why not combine it with two of my favorite golfers? So I imagined Tiger Woods and Bryson DeChambeau watching over me as I tee off on the iconic 140-ish yard 12th hole at Augusta National. It was just a fun way to celebrate two unforgettable moments in golf.
And who knows...
maybe one day I'll actually tee it up at Augusta National. I'm not sure how it'll happen, but I'm putting it out into the universe and manifesting it. Sometimes the biggest dreams have a way of becoming reality.
If you're not already following Phetru, definitely check them out—their content is awesome.
Two unforgettable moments. Tiger Woods' 2019 Masters. Bryson DeChambeau's second U.S. Open. I figured the only way to celebrate them was to turn myself into a little character and have some fun with it. ⛳😂

Part 4 of 4 | “One Minute of Thought” | My Perspective
After thinking about these questions for years, I've realized I may never fully understand why suffering exists.
What I do know is that every difficult season has shaped who I am today. While I wouldn't choose those experiences again, they've taught me lessons I couldn't have learned any other way.
Maybe the goal isn't to have every answer. Maybe it's to continue growing, learning, and becoming more compassionate through what we experience.
I'd genuinely like to hear your perspective. What has life's greatest challenge taught you?

Part 3 of 4 | “One Minute of Thought” | The Bigger Picture
When we see so much suffering in the world, it's natural to search for meaning.
Some people believe everything happens according to God's plan. Others believe in karma. Some even explore ideas like simulation theory as a way of understanding reality.
I'm not saying one explanation is right or wrong. I'm simply fascinated by how people try to make sense of life's biggest questions when there aren't easy answers.
How do you make sense of the things we can't explain?

Part 2 of 4 | “One Minute of Thought” | Free Will
One explanation I've often come back to is free will.
If we're truly free to love, help others, forgive, and make meaningful choices, then we also have the freedom to make harmful ones. Without that freedom, would our actions have the same meaning?
That doesn't make suffering easier to understand, but it does raise an important question about the relationship between freedom and responsibility.
Do you think free will explains why so much suffering exists, or do you see it differently?

Each individual’s experience is unique. Some may perceive that everyone owes them something or deserves their attention and gratitude. However, if you are the center of a friendship or relationship, people will naturally want to focus on you. There are numerous variables to consider, making it challenging to determine the exact situation. Ultimately, if that’s the case, it becomes even more crucial to take responsibility for oneself, work on personal growth, and develop leadership qualities in various aspects of life. This way, one can rely solely on their own abilities and strengths.
Part 1 of 4 | “One Minute of Thought” | The Question
For as long as I can remember, I've struggled with one question: Why does suffering exist?
I've experienced hardships in my own life that felt overwhelming at the time, but when I see innocent people living through war, losing loved ones, or facing unimaginable circumstances, it puts my own struggles into perspective.
This isn't about questioning whether God exists. It's about trying to understand why suffering is part of the human experience. Maybe there isn't a simple answer, but I think it's a question worth asking.
What do you believe is the purpose of suffering, if there is one?

Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸
Today we celebrate 250 years of freedom, sacrifice, and the enduring ideals that shaped our nation. We are fortunate to live in a country where liberty and opportunity continue to inspire millions around the world.
Have a safe and meaningful Fourth of July.

One of the scenes that has always stayed with me from the film Ray is when Ray Charles boards a bus and is confronted by a racist bus driver. To avoid being thrown off, he claims he served in the military and lost his eyesight in an explosion. Whether every detail happened exactly that way in real life is not the point. What makes the scene so powerful is what happens next. Every time I watch it, I find myself getting emotional.
For a brief moment, the bus driver's hostility gives way to empathy. Beneath the prejudice and conditioning of the era, you catch a glimpse of the humanity that still exists. It is a small moment, but one that speaks volumes.
That is one of the things that has always bothered me about humanity. We inherit different cultures, traditions, and skin colors, but we are all simply people trying to navigate life. Most hatred is not something we are born with. It is something we are taught.
This is one of the reasons I enjoy biographical films, historical dramas, and documentaries so much. Even when Hollywood takes creative liberties, these films can introduce us to moments in history we might never have explored otherwise. They encourage us to dig deeper and learn the real stories behind them.
The greatest value of these films is not that every scene is perfectly accurate. It is that they can inspire us to better understand history and perhaps see one another with a little more empathy than we did yesterday.
